Surgery Vs Medical

Lately have been really busy with work...Malaysian healthcare system really treat the HO perfectly well, 36 hours of work non stop...

Just finished SX posting and now in MX...Used to have a conflict within myself, whether to further myself into MX or SX based since SX based i'll acquire skills which i have confident in, while in MX which requires alot of thinking and physiology...

After the posting i guess its quite clear where i should head...

Here goes...

In SX Dr cut them up,
and sticth them back and let them die...
In MX Dr treat them with loving heart,
and make sure they dont even cry...

In SX we HO got scolded fuck you, stupid cows and sei soh hai,
In MX we HO got appreciated, well taught, and given great advice...

In SX the MO have no patience,
screw HO up just to get a life,
In MX the MO take good care of their patients,
finish all the work and go back at five..

Patients with low GCS,
Appear septic, or vomit whole day;
in SX, they take Pt as attention seeking ass,
torture them and make the GCS full in their way,
in Mx, They attend stat and do full assess,
meticulously examine them, send for CT straight away,
and make sure they're okay...

Note that i'm using Sx and Mx cuz its medicolegal,
and criticising own colleague is not ethical,
but i had no choice cuz i cant go official,
cuz that they'll come after me with their knife and scapel,
wanting to cut me apart and transfer me to other hospital,
like how they treat the patients who're critical...
